Africa Liaison Project fosters communication, cooperation and collaboration

and AID. Through case-study workshops and briefings, it addresses

and the impact of AIDS on sustainable development. Annually, 15-20

the exorbitant subscription rates of most journals. The electronic
format allows for a very rapid turnaround. ASQ intends only a three
month lag from submission, to review, to publication. This means
that the journal can carry scholarly writing of a time-sensitive
nature.. What’s more, the readers themselves need not be African
Studies scholars.
