I/we agree that I/we will provide financial support for the following student’s living expenses while he/she studies in Japan.

If my/our son/daughter extends his/her period of stay,I/we will provide a statement of transfer of funds or a statement from my/our financial institution verifying sufficient funds for his/her intended stay.
