International Reply Coupons

International Reply Coupons can be purchased (or ordered) at the post office for $2.00 each. These coupons can then be exchanged at a Japanese post office for Japanese postal stamps.

International Reply Coupons are necessary when sending a yakkan shoumei, or medicinal importation certificate, to Japan, in order to import more than month's worth of prescription drugs. More information on bringing medicine to Japan can be found on the Bringing Medicine to Japan page.
