The Name My Mother Gave Me

This moving documentary follows a group of Ethiopian and Russian Israelis who meet at a leadership program in Israel. Their year of learning culminates in a joint journey to the Gondar region of Ethiopia, where they discover the universality of their experiences and their shared commitment to their home in Israel.



A film by Eli Tal-El. 56 minutes. Hebrew and Amharic, with English subtitles.
