The Center for European and Russian/Eurasian Studies (CERS) is a study center within Michigan State University's Office of International Studies and Programs. CERS aims to promote study and understanding of European, Eurasian, and Russian culture, society, and political issues. It is affiliated with two undergraduate specializations and retains relationships with other study units, centers, and programs within ISP.
