Yalda Night Coffee Hour

Description

Persian Student Association proudly presents "Yalda Night Coffee Hour".
The event is being held to celebrate the winter solstice. Traditionally, Yalda is celebrated on the eve of the winter solstice by gathering with friends and family and is known to be the longest night of the year. During this celebration, it is common to eat the last remaining fruits of summer such as watermelon. Other traditional foods include pomegranate seeds and mixed nuts.
