Faults still plague electric systems as peak summertime use nears

North Americas electricity system has yet to be fixed after contributing to a massive failure eight months ago. Utilities, reliability councils and grid operators are working to fix as much as possible before temperatures rise. But ironing out all the problems will be fairly difficult, says Kenneth Rose, senior fellow at MSUs Institute of Public Utilities.
