Global Focus Winners Gallery

For a third year, International Studies and Programs (http://www.isp.msu.edu/) and the MSU Alumni Association (http://www.msualum.org/) continued their collaborative sponsorship of MSU Global Focus (/../../../index_gen.html), the International photography competition for MSU students, faculty/staff, and alumni.

Approximately 300 valid entries were received from over 100 participants this year. As always, the many entries depicted an incredible breadth of experiences in locations spanning the globe.

The panel of jurors, two MSU faculty members and one local studio owner, worked together to evaluate the many excellent submissions and select the winners. The jurors' favorites are presented on the following pages, along with the artists' names and information about their photographs, the prizes, and the many gracious prize sponsors.

Framed enlargements of the top winners in each category are on display in the lobby of the International Center, and the honorable mention photos have been hung in other locations throughout the academic wing of the building.
