Summer internship opportunities available with Global Center for Food Systems Innovation

The Global Center for Food Systems Innovation is seeking students for summer internship opportunities. 

Students working with the Center will be supporting a diverse team of faculty and staff who are helping to generate solutions to the most critical problems in the world is facing in the area of food systems, The areas of work include: population growth, climate change and pressure on land and rapid urbanization.  The center is also focused on ICT4D solutions, data and knowledge management, the development of skills and workforce to meet the growing demands of changing food systems.

Interns will have the opportunity to work in a country in Africa for up to 10 weeks in the summer of 2013.  Interns will earn $15/hour.

To qualify students must be current graduate or undergraduate students with interest in the areas of GCFSI work and  be available to work 40 hrs/week for 10 weeks.

Applications are due April 30.
