On March 3, Dong-Young Chung, former South Korean congressman and minister of unification, will visit Michigan State University and hold a public lecture on the Fourth Wave of Change and Korean reunification.

The lecture will be held at 3:30 p.m. in Room 115 of MSUs International Center.

Chung, who is a visiting scholar at Duke University, is more recently known for his bid for the presidency of Korea with the Liberal United New Democratic Party. He is a former U.S. correspondent and news anchor for the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation, a national news network in South Korea.

MSUs Visiting International Professional Program and the Council on Korean Studies (part of the Asian Studies Center) are sponsoring the visit.
