Charles A. Gliozzo International Award for Public Diplomacy

The Charles A. Gliozzo International Award for Public Diplomacy recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to public diplomacy through educating, training or promoting knowledge and understanding between MSU faculty and staff, community members and international students, scholars and visitors. Awardees are those who have demonstrated a commitment to promote and enrich international educational exchanges and cultural exchanges within the greater MSU community.


Submitting a Nomination

The nomination window for the 2021 International Awards has closed. Nominations for next year's awards will open late this fall.

To submit a nomination, submit a Charles A. Gliozzo International Award for Public Diplomacy nomination form that includes:

  • A letter of nomination no longer than two pages.
  • The nominee's curriculum vitae or resume.

Recipients will receive a cash award, but financial need is not a criterion for this award.
