Speaker: Prakash B. Behere is a Director Professor and currently practices at the Psychiatry Department in Acharya Vinobha Bhave Rural Hospital which is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences in Wardha, Maharashtra. He specializes in adult, child and addictionpsychiatry. During his 42 years of experience, he has held various posts including being the prestigious Vice Chancellor of D. Y. Patil Education Society (Deemed University) in Kolhapur Maharashtra.

Behere has a keen interest in education and clinical research and has presented at national and international meetings, published numerous papers in peer reviewed journals and has written chapters in books pertaining to mental health. He is the National Advisor in the Journal of Psychosexual Health and a member of the Editorial Advisory board of numerous journals. He is also part of several national and international committees including being the Executive Council member of Remote and Rural Mental Health of World Psychiatric Association (WPA). He has a passion in Global Health and is the elected Chairman of the Task Force on Combat Schizophrenia of Indian Psychiatry Society and a Member of Task Force onMillion Suicide Study for Prevention Suicide in India. He is also the Chief Coordinator for SE Asia in Global Mental Health Assessment Tool (GMHAT).

Moderator: Aniruddh P. Behere is an Assistant Professor and has joint appointments in the College of Human Medicine's Departmentof Pediatrics and Human Development and Division of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine. He currently practices at Helen DeVosChildren's hospital and specializes in working with medically complex children and is the medical director of Peds Consult Liaison and Global Health (Psy).
