We’ve all felt firsthand just how interconnected the world is, making MSU’s international engagement all the more important. Global Spartan experiences and perspectives matter—that’s why International Studies & Programs invites Spartans to share how they see and navigate this connected world in the annual Global Focus Photo Contest.
Since 1999, International Studies and Programs has hosted Global Focus, an international photography competition for MSU students, faculty, staff and alumni. Global Focus highlights the varied experiences of Spartans all over the world—those who have traveled both to and from East Lansing—learning from each other, creating lasting relationships and building knowledge together. Sharing our international experiences benefits everyone, opening hearts and minds and strengthening our global community.
This year, ISP welcomes back the entry categories introduced in last year’s contest:
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of jurors and announced in November during International Education Week. Winners from each category will be displayed on social media and in the International Center on MSU’s campus.
Learn more and enter the contest by Oct. 31 at isp.msu.edu/globalfocus.
