Jayli with helmet on getting ready to zipline in BelizeLast winter break, I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Belize for two weeks! While there, I participated in cultural traditions, tried many delicious Belizean foods and drinks, and explored its lush, natural rainforests and caves.

During the program, I was able to learn about the history of Belize, sustainable agriculture, and environmental conservation by speaking with local businesspeople and environmentalists while visiting Jayli waving while in Belizefruit farms, factories, and conservation areas.

This was definitely one of the best adventures of my life because of how much I was able to learn while experiencing a new country. I also made many new friends that I may have never met outside of this program!

Thank you to the Office for Education Abroad and MSUFCU for helping me be a part of this wonderful program!
