Candlelight Vigil - In memory of Nirbhaya/Dhamini/Amanat

Description
In the wake of the recent death of the 23-year-old woman who was brutally gang raped in New Delhi, a candlelight vigil will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013.
The proposed vigil is not only to commemorate the spirit of the young woman who succumbed to the brutalities, but also to remind us of several such violent crimes that have happened in the past, and (shamefully) will keep happening unless we make a conscious and concerted effort to instill a deeper sense of respect towards women.
