Dilafruz Mamadjonova is a Private Sector Partnership Specialist at USAID’s Future Growth Initiative where she is responsible for projects related to the private sector development. In particular, she is involved in the creation of new projects with private sector companies, grant management and monitoring and evaluation processes. With over ten years of experience, Dilafruz is passionate about business development. During her Humphrey Fellowship, she intends to hone her skills in business incubation, build a foundation for long-lasting partnerships with international organizations in the US, and gain expertise through a variety of professional development opportunities. Her ultimate goal is to open a consulting company to strengthen women and girls’ businesses and start-ups.
