EAST LANSING, Mich. — A Memorandum of Understanding between MSU and the University of Central Asia that will ensure the cooperation of the two university partners on strengthening research collaborations was signed at noon Thursday.
MSU Provost Dr. Kim Wilcox and the University of Central Asia Director General Dr. Bohdan Krawchenko had a public signing of the memorandum as part of Central Asia Day, a precursor to the Central Eurasian Studies Society Conference.
