Description
CERES is co-hosting Lieutenant-Commander Albert Wong, distinguished member of the Royal Canadian Navy this week. LCdr Wong will provide valuable insight into how Arctic sovereignty has become an critically important topic and how its public perception has changed over time. His address will include reference to his two decades as a strategic public affairs officer covering a broad geographic range of operations including Somalia, Ethiopia, Liberia, the Sudan and Afghanistan.
