The Honors College lecture series: Sharper Focus, Wider Lens will feature the topic of Food and the City on Tuesday, April 2
The event includes a faculty panel with unique research, teaching and writing experiences from a wide range of disciplines to explore contemporary and historical issues with the broad topic of "Food and the City." This will include local and global food sustainability; entrepreneurship; environmental and health implications; food and history.
The panel includes:
