  Many Spartans are anxious to support critical needs in Haiti following the recent devastating earthquake. The immediate priority in Haiti is to save lives and stabilize basic services. It is important that we support those trained and equipped to offer assistance under disaster conditions. Individuals rushing to the scene unprepared will only place additional demands on scarce resources and further endanger lives.
