The ECLAT Foundation Graduate Scholarship is intended to encourage MSU graduate students who have demonstrated the capacity and the motivation to achieve their educational and professional goals.

The ECLAT Foundation is a non-profit organization in Dallas created to provide opportunities, life-enriching experiences, and, when necessary, financial aid to deserving students in need for the express purpose of advancing and/or enhancing their education.

ECLAT stands for Education Changes Lives and Times (教育改變命運及時代). The organization works to help students achieve their potential through education in the U.S., China, Taiwan, and elsewhere.

Apply for the ECLAT Foundation Graduate Scholarship

These scholarships will be awarded in the fall semester. Two students will each receive a scholarship for $5,000 toward tuition expenses.

Students who receive the award will be required to accept the award with a letter sent to the Board of Directors, ECLAT Foundation, 420 Maplelawn Drive, Plano, TX 75075.

Eligible students will:

• Be admitted to a graduate program at MSU
• Be citizens or permanent residents of China or Taiwan; and,
• Preference will be given to students admitted to the Broad College MBA and the College of Engineering graduate programs.
