Group of girls celebrating a birthdayI went to England and in my shared kitchen I met 9 of the closest friends I will ever have. I never in my life thought I would have as many close friends as I did during my time abroad. I met loads of amazing people but the closest to me were my flat mates. I always had someone to do something with, I always had someone to talk to or to hang out with. We planned amazing trips together and had so much fun. I've never laughed so hard every day. Marie and Laura became my best friends, even now that I am home, I still talk to them every day.

My program abroad was so eye-opening. Being in the UK was an amazing opportunity to explore Europe. I got to see places and cities I had only ever dreamed of with ease due to the location.

I would recommend a semester or more abroad to anyone who asked. It was one of the most positive experiences of my life, and every day I am so grateful I had the amazing opportunity to do it.
