Hamis Elgabry is the Head of Grants and Partnerships at Mozare3, Egypt’s first Agri-FinTech startup, where she oversees the company’s expansion and leads impact driven programs. In this role, she seeks to deliver sustainable and affordable agriculture solutions that empower five thousand small-scale farmers while also designing and implementing various high-impact donor-funded initiatives. Her Humphrey Fellowship goals include better understanding how agriculture contributes to economic growth, integrating green technology in the public sector, and growing in her knowledge of entrepreneurship and venture-building. Her ultimate goal is to empower more of the five million small farmers in Egypt with agricultural and financial technologies that will raise their income and quality of life.
