Sinuon Va is a National Project Assistant in the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. In this role, he is responsible for administrative tasks, finance and procurement, and office management. He is also the founder and head of programs for the YOUth Initiative Hub which focuses on youth capacity development through online employability training. During his Humphrey Fellowship, he intends to develop new professional networks, learn about fundraising, and hone his skills in designing online training programs. His ultimate goal is to develop his youth employability project into a national hub that gives young people not only a place to enhance their employability skills but also a space to conduct research and obtain career counseling.
